En Minki Beauty S.L, we are proud to offer you a smooth and efficient shopping experience so you can enjoy our Korean skincare products from the comfort of your home, which is why Minki Beauty S.L. covers shipping costs for orders over \u20ac65 in the Peninsula, \u20ac75 in the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal, and \u20ac85 in the Canary Islands. Orders will be delivered within 24 to 72 business hours once dispatched from our warehouse.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Normally, orders placed on business days before 13:00h are shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be processed and shipped the next business day. In exceptional cases, such as inventory issues or unforeseen incidents, order preparation may be delayed up to 48 hours.<\/div><\/div>
Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, which could cause delays beyond the control of Minki Beauty S.L. This includes periods of high demand, such as during promotions, sales, Black Friday and Christmas, where orders will be processed as quickly as possible, respecting the order in which they were received.<\/div><\/div>
Please note that public holidays in the Community of Madrid are considered non-business days for our company, as our logistics are centralized in this region.<\/div><\/div>

Shipping destination<\/h2><\/div><\/div>
Minki Beauty S.L. ships throughout Spain, including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and also to Portugal. At the moment, shipments to the rest of Europe are not available. We hope to offer shipping to other countries in the near future.<\/div><\/div>

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. For shipments to the islands, delivery times usually range between 2 and 4 days, although in some cases they may extend up to 6 to 8 days.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Your Minki Beauty S.L. orders in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal will be delivered via CORREOS to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time. CORREOS is a leading logistics company, known for its reliability and efficiency in delivery service.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Delivery address<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a notification email. This email will include a link and a tracking number provided by CORREOS, our shipping partner in Spain. You can track your order via the link or from your customer account on our website.<\/p>

Your purchase will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. During delivery, you or the person receiving the package must sign a delivery note provided by the CORREOS courier. If you notice any incident or damage to the package, it is crucial that you indicate it on the delivery note.<\/p>

For the purposes of these conditions, \u201cdelivery\u201d is considered to have occurred when you or a third party authorized by you takes physical possession of the products, which will be confirmed by the signature on the delivery note provided by CORREOS. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your order at a CORREOS office if you prefer.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Failed delivery<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the CORREOS courier will leave a delivery notice at your address. It is important that you are available to facilitate the delivery, as the courier may need access to the building or residential area.<\/p>

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, your order will be taken to a nearby CORREOS office, where you can collect it at your convenience. You will be notified of the exact office location and will have up to 10 days to collect your package. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to our facilities. In this case, you must pay the additional shipping costs for us to resend your order.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Damaged or tampered packages<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

If the package arrives damaged, opened, or showing signs of tampering, it should not be accepted, and you must ask the courier to clearly indicate on the delivery note the reason for rejecting the delivery. Additionally, a photo should be taken; this will make our claim with the shipping company much faster and more effective. Please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the order.<\/p>

If you accept the package despite it being in poor condition, Minki Beauty S.L. is not responsible for any claims with the shipping company. The customer will assume responsibility for handling any necessary procedures with the courier.<\/p>

We recommend taking a photo of the package at the time of collection, preferably in the courier\u2019s hands, to prove it has not been tampered with afterwards. We also recommend asking the courier to clearly note on the delivery note that the package was damaged.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
