At Minki Beauty S.L., our goal is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience with our korean skincare products. Although issues with our products are rare, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, we outline our returns policy.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Right of withdrawal<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. This period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.<\/p>

Return conditions<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>

Product condition:<\/strong>\u00a0The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for hygiene and health reasons.<\/p>

Documentation:<\/strong> Include a copy of the receipt or invoice.<\/p>

Promotional gifts:<\/strong>\u00a0If any promotional gift was received with the purchase, this item must also be returned.<\/p>
